The delivery time begins after the order is completed and handed over to the carrier. The times stated are the ones usually to be expected. Holidays, Black Friday, and other circumstances may extend them.

The free return offer does not apply to test orders for vehicles other than those we have identified as compatible.

Ask us in advance and we will tell you if your vehicle is already known to us as compatible.

Self Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order in person. Please schedule an appointmentat least one business day in advance so we can prepare your goods.

Less is More.

Our packaging is made of cardboard, the tape is made of paper, and the filling is made of shredded cardboard. We avoid outer packaging.

Each shipment is freshly packed for you, and you can dispose of the packaging material in the paper bin or even compost it.

Bubble wrap, if present, comes from leftovers or shipments and is reused. Please dispose of it in the recycling bin.

When you receive the item, you won’t find excessive advertising inside. We avoid using "branded" boxes, printed tape, and inserts with "social prompts."

The invoice is sent via email.

Carbon Neutral Delivery

Delivery is made as a package or goods post via DHL GoGreen.

Transport emissions are offset through climate protection projects.

Customs and Taxes

Customs, taxes, and similar charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Shipment Tracking

Shipping is insured and includes tracking. You will receive the tracking number and a link to track the shipment's progress along with the shipping confirmation.

If there are delays or the shipment is lost, the customer service will gladly help you locate your package.

We are happy to assist you, except after delivery to the "preferred location" or third parties.

These terms apply to end customers.
