5.99 euros for shipping within Germany.

9.99 euros to EU member states¹.

15.99 euros to third countries within Europe¹.
Third countries include, among others, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Worldwide Shipping

29.99 euros for shipping to the rest of the world, up to 5 kg¹.
For higher shipment weight and relevant delivery address, we will contact you.

Delivery Times

1 to 2 business days is the usual time for a shipment within Germany to reach you after dispatch.

4 to 7 business days for delivery to EU member states.

Longer than a week for delivery to third countries, due to the longer distance and necessary customs clearance.

Self-collection is possible.

You are welcome to collect your order in person. Please schedule a time for this at least one business day in advance so that we can have your items ready.

Climate-neutral Delivery

Delivery is always tracked ("tracking") as a parcel or merchandise post² via DHL, climate-neutral with GoGreen, straightforward, with no tiered pricing or complicated conditions.

No Fuss

Our packaging is made of cardboard, the tape is paper, and the filling is from shredded cardboard. We avoid outer packaging.

That way, each shipment arrives freshly packed, and you can safely dispose of the packaging material in the paper recycling bin or even on the compost.

If bubble wrap is used, it comes from leftover stock or previous shipments and is reused. Please dispose of it in the recycling bin.

Less is more: You won’t get bombarded with ads before receiving your item. We don’t use custom-branded boxes, printed tape, or inserts with "social prompts."

The invoice will be sent via email, and you can leave a review if you like.

Customs and Taxes

Customs, taxes, and similar fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

If your country is not listed among the available shipping destinations, please contact us to add it to your order.

These terms apply to retail customers.

¹Including VAT. Depending on the delivery address, VAT may vary at checkout. If the export limits for small shipments are exceeded, we will contact you.

²For merchandise post, there is no incoming scan by DHL, and as a result, the status may remain "electronically announced" longer, even though the shipment is already on its way to you.
