🕐 New Product Ideas
A missing coat hook in our first California led to my invention: THE well-known hook for the pop-up roof, our ABHÄNG.
Why drill into your bus? From my incomprehension of this and the limited headroom under the existing roof cabinets, our EINFACH was born.
Every idea matures between my own ears, from actual need and missing solutions.
🕑 Thoughtful Product Design
Initial sketches turn into prototypes.
Once I'm convinced, I construct it using CAD, based on the already specific dimensions.
The design is then implemented with 3D printing and in the workshop, then being tested.
In the refinement process, I remove unnecessary parts from the design.

Nicole and I take new accessories on tour directly with our bumblebee (aka T6 California Beach).
Is a contour not perfect, or is a feature not used while camping?
If so, it gets adjusted and tested again. And possibly again...

Fits in your van
In the VW California, for example, you can hang up to three tiers of laundry to dry. For example, when it's raining or when you don't want your clothes on display. Our clothesline fits in many vehicles, not only in the VW bus, for an interior width of up to ~170 centimetres.
Comes ready to use
With its thick rubber, the 140 centimeter long line can hold two large towels and shirts.
With attached clothes pegs and in 6 mm, the clothesline is practical for socks, rags, underwear and the like.
Thought through!
The generously dimensioned, soft plastic hooks - unlike wire hangers - do not damage the handles etc. and keep the line stable, even when used outside in the wind. The tension rubber is UV, frost and weather resistant. The plastic hooks at both ends allow you to adjust the length up to about 200 cm.
The article pictures show the 8 mm version in red (without clothes pegs) and 6 mm in white/black with clothes pegs. The supplied rope colours may be different. Usually we do ship it in black.
