1. New Product Ideas
A missing coat hook in our first California led to my invention of the well-known hooks for the pop-up roof, our ABHÄNG.
Why drill into the Bus? Our EINFACH was born out of my lack of understanding for this and the limited headroom under the overhead lockers on the market.
Every idea matures between our own ears, from actual need and missing solutions.
2. Thoughtful Product Design
First sketches lead to prototypes made of paper and cardboard.
When I am convinced, I design based on the already concrete measurements in CAD.
Using 3D printing, the sewing machine, or our workshop, the design is then being build and tested.
In the final touch, I streamline the design by eliminating unnecessary parts.
3. Tested in everyday camping
Nicole and I take new accessories directly on tour with our bumblebee (aka T6 California Beach).
If a contour is not perfect, or a functionality is not being used at all during camping?
Then it is adjusted and tested again. And if necessary, again...
Only what convinces us during in a season and proves its value is getting produced.
4. Locally manufactured in Northern Germany
We have found our production partners within a few kilometers.
This guarantees short distances and quick, personal agreements with a handshake.
Small series production ensures quick adjustments, even with your suggestions.
5. Certainly More Freedom
Focusing on the essentials gives you more space.
Less ballast means less fuel consumption. You go further.
Simple designs integrate timelessly into your individual setup.
Organization with a system relaxes. Stuffing was yesterday, today you can safely stow your equipment - and find it again tomorrow.

For really every s... right: The BUSBOX.
Whether as a camping waste bin in the van for baby nappies, as a waste bin for leftover vegetables outside at the camping table or as a shoebox for shoes in the step ... the BUSBOX swallows it all!
Which van? Doesn't matter, it just fits!
You can adapt the BUSBOX to your individual needs. The foot compensates for the different step heights in the VW Bus T4, T5 and T6 or T6.1, VW California, VW Multivan as well as in the Mercedes Marco Polo, PÖSSL Campster, Crosscamp, Crafter or Sprinter and many more.
The universal box is also easy to adjust in depth. It doesn't matter whether it's a full 20 centimetres or just 125 millimetres - you can adjust these dimensions to your liking.
It fits perfectly between the kitchen cupboard and the driver's seat in the VW California Comfortline, Ocean or Coast.
Why is the shoe box upright?
In vans like the Mercedes Marco Polo, the PÖSSL Campster or the CrossCamp, the bench seat is lower and the distance between the bench and the door is smaller. There is less space for a step shelf and two pairs of shoes, horizontally next to each other, than in the VW bus, for example, in the same place.
Solution: we simply turned it around and you can put in as many pairs of shoes as you like. Bonus: You can use the bus box as a shoe box, as a storage box for drinks, as a rubbish bin ... and much more ... a real multi-functional box!
Where to put it? Free choice :)
You can use the BUSBOX ...
... take it outside as a rubbish bin when camping
... put it inside on the step in the van on the driver's side
... or on the passenger side ...
... hang it on the camping table (which may be up to 20 mm thick) while cooking and chopping
... place it on the green meadow
... attach it to the front or back of the step
... put them behind your seat
... attach them to the console with the optional magnets
... or between the driver's consoles
... where does it go with you?
By the way: The BUSBOX is made of sturdy aluminium sheet and powder-coated in black. So it can take a lot, is light and looks good at the same time. With the optional peg in the base, the shoe box also stands securely on uneven terrain.
What fits inside? Take your pick.

Between the driver's seats and during the journey it makes a great container for drinks and a second one for snacks?
Next to the sleeping bench seat for holiday reading? At the breakfast table for fresh bread rolls? You choose.
With a height and width of 25 centimetres and a depth of up to 20, 10-litre bin liners fit perfectly. As a shoebox, it can easily hold two or more pairs of shoes and slippers.
The fits-it bonus: The hooks at the top of the front can be used for kitchen knives, spoons. Towels, barbecue gloves, etc. can be hung on the hooks at the top front.
Is there a lid? Of course!
There is a lid for every pot and a cover for the BUSBOX in the accessories. Just plug the cover on and - bang (!) - cheesy shoes in the shoe box and rubbish in the bin look pretty tasty ;)
There is a suitable colour for every taste and certainly also for your campervan: The lids are available in yellow, grey, blue, red, green and black; once through the rainbow & colour-coordinated with the BUSSTOFF PACDAS accessories.
Set up your van the way you like it. When ordering the "tutt completti" set, please simply add your desired colour in the free text field.
How many? Take ...
The trend is definitely towards the second box - one for the rubbish on the go and one for here and there. You prefer to commit yourself? No problem, just take one for the camping table, one for the shoes, one for the kids, one for ... Storage space is always a good thing! ;)
