VW California Shelf System

The #Caliregal system DAPASSTWAS is simply hooked into the pop-up roof of the VW Bus California T5, T6 and T6.1 above the bed support.
The original roof box holds all by itself, without gluing, screwing or other fastening.

No more left pocket ... right pocket:

"Honey, where is ...?" "Look in the DAPASSTWAS."

Once stowed away, it can be accessed quickly and secured and viewed behind the rubber bands on the front, even while driving.
On each side, the supplied rubber cord can now be tensioned in four rows with three holes each to fit individually in the roof rack.

"Do we have to clear everything out again now?" "Nope. You can leave it in the DAPASSTWAS."

Save yourself the tidying back and forth on arrival and departure. Just leave what you've stowed inside. DAPASSTWAS keeps it safe.
Attach pot holders or similar to the outside of the roof box.
Inside the Caliregal, you can use the rubber to prevent objects from slipping, individually adjusted in depth - well thought out!
Simple tip: Simply turn tall objects to the side and stretch the rope over them, if necessary simply through the floor grid - fits, does NOT wobble and still has room for more ... :)

Every single shelf system fits on the driver's and passenger's side, rear and front (e.g. for extra headroom in the Beach Camper or Beach Tour!).
Mounted towards the rear and above the refrigerator, the cooking zones in the California Comfortline / Coast and Ocean remain clear and do not steam into the shelf contents.

The shelf height and depth are optimised for maximum storage space, form follows function:

• The door to the wardrobe opens smoothly, neither arm nor (child's) hand gets caught.
• The lower edge corresponds to the viewing axis of the upper window frames - so your VW California continues to get optimum light!
• The back leaves the air conditioning ducts and their controls free, so everything remains accessible here too.
• The depth is dimensioned so that the lights in the window frames continue to illuminate the worktop and the living area.

Holds tight!

The closed, fixed sides close off to the headlining and prevent stored items from slipping out.
So it can stay in your VW California even on the road, while driving and when filled.
Rubber ropes stretched across the front allow filling or removal at any time, while the shelf holders are constantly secured against falling out.

The shelf system is made of powder-coated steel. Each DAPASSTWAS van shelf is magnetic, allowing the attachment of a wide range of accessories for towel hooks, carabiners and other shelf extensions.
All additions remain firmly in place via magnets and can then be quickly removed or changed if necessary.

BUSSTOFF's own Plug-And-Camp - Your Advanture System (PACURS for short) allows accessories to be used together.
DAPASSTWAS comes with the matching system base for the Plug-And-Camp system.
You can use the PACURS accessories indoors and outdoors when camping and on the road. Each component can be changed quickly and is always securely fastened.

The delivery is ready to install with a plain white rubber rope for the light grey version.
Simply subdivide the shelf with the rope as best suits you and your camping accessories for storage - done!

The shelf weighs about 1.8 kg and measures ~ 59 x 11 x 16 cm (W x H x D). In this set, up to two shelves fit next to each other on each side of the vehicle in the original California pop-up roof of the T6.1, T6 and T5.
