Delivery and shipping
Shipping takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays. Packing is done the day before each.
Collection FOR YOU
You are welcome to collect your order in person.
Please arrange a time at least one working day in advance, so that we can prepare your goods.
Climate-Neutral DELIVERY
Delivery is always made with tracking as a parcel or goods post ("Warenpost")1 by DHL, climate neutral with GoGreen, very simple, without staggering and complicated conditions.
Within Germany, the parcel is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
To EU member states, delivery takes approx. 4 to 7 working days. To non-EU countries, delivery occasionally takes longer than a week due to customs clearance.
Simple SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within Germany happens for 5,99 Euro.
We ship to member states of the EU for a flat rate of 9,99 Euro2.
Shipping to other countries within Europe comes at 15,99 Euro2.
Countries included are Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Delivered WORLDWIDE
We ship to the rest of the world up to 5 kg for a flat rate of 29,99 Euro2.
If the shipment weight is significantly higher we will contact you.
No Gedöns
Our packaging is made of cardboard, the adhesive tape of paper, the filling of self-shredded cardboard, we do not use any outer packaging.
Therefore, every shipment arrives freshly packed and you can safely dispose of the packaging material in the paper waste or even on the compost heap.
Air cushions, if available, are from leftover stock or shipments and are thus reused. Please recycle them as applicable in your country.
Less is more: Until you hold the item in your hand, you will not receive 5x advertising. We do not use "own" boxes, printed adhesive strips or inserts with "social prompts".
The instructions, like the invoice, are sent by email, you can leave reviews if you like and instead of Mabushi 3, we prefer to continue offering you new products on a regular basis.
Notes on Shipping
If your country is not in the selection of directly available delivery countries, please contact us for its addition to your order.
Customs duties, taxes and similar charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. This information applies to end customers.
1 In the case of "Warenpost", no incoming scan is carried out by DHL and the status therefore occasionally remains longer on "electronically announced", even if the shipment is actually already on its way.
2incl. VAT. Depending on the delivery address, the VAT may vary at the checkout. We will contact you if the export limits for small shipments are exceeded.
