Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fifteen (15) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs¹ (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fifteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fifteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fifteen days expires.

Internationally, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For deliveries within Germany, we bear the return costs, also within Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you requested that the service commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time when you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal does not exist or is excluded under Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), for example, in the case of contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs,
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded,
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery,
for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
